Both callers are answered. Starter handles 2 calls at the same time and Growth handles 4, with higher plans adding more, so a busy morning never sends anyone to voicemail. If you need extra room on any plan, each additional simultaneous call costs $20 a month.
Why is RingOut priced by answered time?

Because the time Miya spends on calls is what the service costs to run, plans bundle answered minutes rather than charging per call. A quick question uses little of your allowance while a longer booking uses more, and each plan shows its included minutes and the rate for extra ones up front.
Are there setup fees or lock-in contracts?

What happens if I use more minutes than my plan includes?

Miya keeps answering, so no caller is ever cut off. Extra minutes are billed at your plan rate: $0.99 on Starter, $0.75 on Growth, $0.60 on Professional and $0.50 on Business. If you regularly go over, moving up a plan usually costs less than paying for extra minutes.
Which features come with each plan?

All plans include 24/7 call answering, appointment booking, the knowledge base, call outcomes and call analytics. Call recording, transcripts and summaries are added from Growth, and spam call screening from Professional. Higher plans also add more minutes, voices, local numbers, calls at once and support.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?

Not yet. Every plan is billed monthly and you can cancel at the end of any month. We plan to add yearly billing and will say when it is available.
Are prices in AUD and do they include GST?

Yes, every price is in Australian dollars, and GST is added on top. GST of 10% appears on your invoice, so Starter costs $53.90 a month including GST on monthly billing. Extra minutes, extra numbers and add-ons follow the same rule on every plan.
