How is RingOut set up differently for each industry?
The product stays the same, but the setup changes: the questions Miya asks, the limits she follows and the examples she uses. A trade business gets urgent job triage, a clinic gets non-clinical booking rules and an agency gets buyer qualification, all configured during setup.
What if my business is not listed?
RingOut works for most Australian businesses that take phone calls. If yours is not listed, choose the closest industry or Something else when you book a demo, and we will set Miya up with your services, prices, questions and rules instead.
Does Miya follow industry rules such as no medical or legal advice?
Yes. In every industry, Miya stays on bookings, information you provide and messages. She never gives medical, legal, financial or technical advice and never quotes work you have not priced. A caller in danger is always pointed to 000 before anything else.
Does RingOut connect to industry software?
Not yet. RingOut connects to Google Calendar, Calendly and Stripe today. It does not integrate with industry systems such as practice management, job management, salon or real estate software, so bookings sit in those diaries, with every call record kept inside RingOut.
Do some industries pay more?
No. There is no industry surcharge: a clinic and a cafe pick from the same Starter, Growth, Professional and Business plans, starting at $49 a month, and nobody pays a setup fee. You choose a plan by call volume and features alone.
Can one business use more than one industry setup?
Yes. A business that spans two areas, such as a pharmacy with a clinic or a builder with a maintenance arm, can have Miya follow different rules for different services. We set this up with you so each type of caller is handled correctly.
