What features does an AI receptionist have?
RingOut's AI receptionist answers calls 24/7, books appointments, answers questions from your knowledge base and labels every call with an outcome. Growth adds recordings, transcripts and summaries, and Professional adds spam call screening. SMS follow-up, call routing and call transfer are coming soon.
Which calendars does RingOut book into?
Google Calendar and Calendly. Miya checks your real availability during the call, offers only free times inside your hours and reads the booking back to confirm it. Times you fill in yourself are never offered, because the sync runs in both directions every time a caller asks.
Can I change what Miya says?
Yes. Update your greeting, services, prices and answers in the knowledge base whenever something changes. Correct an answer once and every call after uses it, so holiday hours, new services or price changes reach callers straight away without retraining anyone or recording new messages.
How does spam call screening work?
On Professional and Business plans, every unfamiliar caller is first asked the reason for the call. Obvious sales pitches, robocalls and scam calls are ended politely, and each one still appears in your call list marked as spam, so you can review a screened call whenever you want.
What happens until call transfer is live?
Urgent calls are marked for you with the caller's name, number and reason for calling, so you know who to phone first and why. On Growth and higher plans a short summary sits beside each one. Call transfer is coming soon.
Do all plans include the same features?
No. Starter covers answering, booking, the knowledge base, outcomes and analytics. Growth adds recording, transcripts and summaries, and Professional adds spam call screening. Minutes, local numbers, voices, calls at once and support also step up with each plan, so you only pay for what your call volume needs.
